Is this a Dieclash,worn or busted die,grease damage,some doubled die mystery or PMD?

Seems like theres a different set of leaves running through the bottom of the quarter..The front is as it would be for a circulated 1973 quarter..No extra stamping or bent metal anywhere..

Above 'STA' there might be a rim Cud. (or coin damage on the rim) But the area in question is PSD as others have mentioned.
