The line below a temple of your first picture shows the year (2002-3-23) struck of the coin. Mar 23 should be a festival date to celebrate the Mother God who protests fishermen during fishing in the sea forever. This God is common in Hong Kong, Macau and South China. The Observe shows an icon of Temple (for the Mother God) and the reserve may be the face of the God. The red card shows the weight of the silver coin, it is one oz in pure silver. That is what I know from your pictures. Hope it helps.
