I pulled this from circulation. There are a lot of water spots (can they be removed?), but the only mark I see is the nick under the N in IN on the obverse. The reverse is flawless. The surfaces overall look semi-prooflike.

MS-66, I doubt there is any way to remove those spots without damage to the coin.
