I like the scene, and the evergreens evoke the Group of Seven images,
but I cannot get around the dot matrix type of printing, the coin's
reverse image under magnification looks fuzzy.

Everyone has their preferences but I like the combination of engraved silver and highlighted elements. So I think this one would have be more attractive if at least the river had been engraved silver, to add some contrast and illustrate the movement of water considering mountain tops are generally extremely windy.

@ SilverDon. Your closeup reminds me of the work of colour printers from years ago, at a time when low resolution was the standard.

Yes and this technology should be updated.
The have produced better colour images,
but the dot matrix returns, with detailed
engraving beneath, 1 oz for $100.

I believe those "dot matrix" thing is call "dithering"....
Somehow it is so apparent in this series.. I can see it even from the Mint's video..
