Ah just caught up on this. Thank you all for the input. Just based on some member's experiences, I think I may skip on this one especially if people were getting coins not pictured. And the price seemed fair (if no one else bid on it), but I can wait. I also found another quarter NGC graded VF30 for that looks pretty nice too so I may go with that one. Thanks again all!

Mr. Kairu ... I just spotted this 1853, a VF+, that may be what you're seeking. It's certified and the seller is one of our CCF members. In comparing it to similar pieces on ebay, the price seems most reasonable.
