Cool die chip location. Could call it "Looking Eyes" because the 0's look like two eyes looking up.

Are they firm or are they just gas bubbles? If they are chips there should be a lot more examples out there. Gas bubbles, then that might be the only one.

Since the outline of the digits is still visible, it looks like gas bubbles to me.
