Hi Marcus, This coin has corrosion, and this is probably the reason why it is difficult to make great pictures, and again this is probably why no one has tried to help you yet because it seem like a hard job.
In the way US/Canadian grade coins I agree with XF with the add corrosion. In Danish (and much more conservative) - grading scale it will be maximum VF.
About the value I haven't looked into that. This type is often seen with corrosion, verdigris etc., and such a coin is not very popular among collectors in generel.
These Post Colonial issues were actually used in the Colonial Southern States of Louisiana and Mississippi during French occupation. It's a solid XF details coin with corrosion.
I believe the corrosion may be an illusion caused by poor image quality. I'll upload some scans as soon as I actually receive the coin, so please stay tuned.
