If you could tone down the light some the picture would be better. Maybe a lower watt bulb or a piece of paper as a diffuser.

The images are getting better, but still not clear enough on the mint mark area.

It will only get better. Try different things. If something works keep that. If it doesn't. don't do that again. Sometimes the accidents are the solutions. (now if I could figure out how I did that) might be your answer to the problem. Some use a magnifying glass or other ocular to get better results. I prefer the microscope. Edit software can also help you to take an image to the next level making it easier to see. (that way I don't have to turn my desktop monitor to a new position) LOL

Thank you Coop. I've taken half of bottle of Ibuprofen 800 mgs lol. I'm having the worst luck taking pictures of this one. I need to get a microscope lol. Anyway hoping these might be somewhat better...

Looks like a normal mint mark from what I can see. There is a raised area NW of the mint mark, but if it were a RPM, then the field would be raised a lot higher than that. Looks like a bit of roughness on the die. Looks through a few examples from that year, they were very strong compared to other years. But checking on coppercoins listings you could see what they look like that year easier.
