These are the best PICs folks. I noticed the Reverse just did not look right. At first I thought it was the light playing tricks until I looked at it with my 30X36 loupe at different angles, so before you say lighting; it's not. Letters are just a bit to thick. Thought maybe Die Wear. A couple of split Serifs are also noted. Look at the top of the memmorial where the pinnacles are; the large ones are doubled. Look at the columns to the right, Doubling. The top of the "O" & "N"... Doubling. There are some bright points from light, again, I double checked with the loupe. Is this just MD on the reverse? So far that's all I've been finding Haven't seen this much activity on the reverse though. Suggestions. Hopefully not MD, though I'll except that. The Obverse looks fine.

Looks like a completely normal 1969 cent. How many other 1969 cents did you compare this one to?

C.C. Over a hundred.... I have a small bag of 69's that I sometimes poor over; looking for that elusive 1969 DD. I post better pics. It's not normal compared to the others. You know as well as many, Pics don't completely show what were trying to post. The Pinnacles on the top of the first roof are pretty clear.....Doubling. Either that's normal or the over hundred 69's I do have are just another normal too..... Don't know, I'm not the expert. It's morning now, & will post better pics when there's better sunlight.

Because I don't see it in the photos doesn't mean it's not there...only thing I can offer is that there are no known 1969 cent doubled die reverses from any mint.
