I noticed that this toonie looked a bit different. Not sure what it would be considered as? I'm starting to think misalignment but unsure if possibly unannealment due to second pic.

Toonie with light facing it (otherwise as seen below it's hard to see it) (so I wasn't aware at first). Hard to see the gold edge of the outer inner circle (third pic shows it clearly)

The toonie is on the right. A regular toonie (for comparison) is on left.

Light shining directly at it... it shows that it is gold there.

Looked a little misaligned so this is a comparison with the Knowledge toonie. Not sure if that is what it is or is it similar to this thread?

It doesn't seem to be the case with this but not too sure. The other thread - the front seemed to have a black outline.. whereas this one seemed like a regular one.

Left is regular toonie. Right is the one as above.

Thank you!

It looked like a gap in the core and the ring simliar to this thread..

https://goccf.com/t/167306

but I realized due to the shadow.. and the lighting it made the gold really darker then it actually appears when light is directed towards it. Now it looks slightly misaligned instead? I wasn't 100% sure.

Update:
I updated front post with this info..

My bad.. I learned that a shadow can really make the gold look dark. Here's a better pic of it.

Comparison between misaligned Knowledge and this toonie. They both have the gold rings but the Knowledge has way more silver showing.

Not quit sure what your question is, but all I can see
is a slight misalignment of the brass core.
Not really enough to warrant any premium.

You need to see daylight, generally for this type of error to be worth something

you don't need to see daylight for it to be worth something. the larger the offset, the larger the premium. daylight being many times more valuable for sure.
