Moe145 Pillar of the Community United States 8904 Posts	Posted 08/16/2016 10:40 pm with the majority: VF-20 overall. IMO, the lack of detail on the reverse is the soft initial strike from the mint. I have this (tentatively) as an O-114/Rarity-3. It appears genuine to me. FYI: this is not an overdate (9 over 8). All the 1819 overdate CBHs have the blocky tops to the 1's in the date, not the more rounded 1 tops that this coins has. Report this Post to the Staff
