It appears that the coins you are posting have been cleaned with something like "Brasso". It nearly destroys a coin's value by cleaning them this way.

Collectors would much rather have a natural coin in all it's natural beauty and toning than a cleaned one.

XF Details, CLEANED. Total value? 1 cent... Never clean coins my friend, it will come back to bite you in the long run.

I wouldn't give it that high of a grade. More of a cull coin. Altered surfaces. PSD

I don't have a clue as to what brasso is. You should see the coins I run into. Such disrespect for coins.#128542;

Brasso has been around for close to a century . It is a cleaner and polisher for Brass and Copper and perhaps other metals . It's kind of harsh and no one should use it on coins for any reason . And I am not saying you used it on this coin !
