Seller has over 12 years experience and knows how to tell a cleaned coin.

Apparently the seller has some learning to do.

Below is an example of a super highly polished coin most likely done on a jeweller's buffing wheel and you can even see the residual polishing rouge (black powder) against the sides of the antlers and in between other high relief areas.

I hope everyone is in agreement with this.

it does appear cleaned, polished, or rubbed.

Looks like this one sat on the shoe shine box way to long catching the end stroke everytime.......................lol.

A polished coin on ebay!
Say it ain't so.

This same seller has been selling similarly treated GeoVI quarters for a long long time now.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

"not cleaned by him the seller" perhaps....but the coin has been cleaned by someone since 1943.
