This little bugger has been haunting my backlog since I first started. It seems to fit into the "Arabic" field of influence, but I haven't come across anything even remotely similar in any of my forays into the unknown. I could use some help!

Bayazid II (Turkey), apparently. There's a match for it in W.H. Valentine's "Modern Copper Coins of the Muhammadan States." See the link (coin #57, pp. 16 and 17), and the detail of the book illustration below.
