1. As you may know, there were several rulers who had very similar Groschen minted: Wenceslaus II (Kutna Hora mint), John of Luxemburg (Prauge mint), Charles IV (Prauge mint), Wenceslaus IV (Kutna Hora mint), the Hussites (Prauge, Kutna Hora, or Tabor mint), Ladislaus the Posthumous (Kutna Hora mint), and George of Podiebrad (Kutna Hora mint).
2. If I squint, it looks to me like the start of the legend on the inner circle of the obv (your second pic) is WENCEZ... That would limit your coin to either Wenceslaus II or IV.
3. The top of the crown is very circular, which most resembles the picture that I have for a Groschen of Wenceslaus II. This is also similar to the design on the Groshen of Charles IV (which aiglet7 suggested).
4. I do note that the picture shows two stacked annulets rather than the star between the words GROSSI and PRAGENSES which is a difference and makes me less sure.
5. Overall, if this were my coin, I'd probably go with Wenceslaus II and date it to between 1300 and 1305 AD. The attribution would be Frynas B.25.16.
