Dickerman's United States Treasury Counterfeit Detector was published monthly in the late 1800s and into the 20th century. It reported on recently discovered counterfeit currency; offered guides for detecting counterfeit coins and bills; provided banking and financial news; and listed recent arrests by the Secret Service.
