This is a mid-VF coin. It has had an old cleaning, and there are a few light scratches, but for $70 shipped, you cannot go wrong.

Looks like no one was interested, but maybe he'll relist it at an even better price and make a better deal. I think the issue is the black crescent of toning on the reverse and to a lesser extent obverse. It is really distracting. It looks like it was stored with another coin on top of it which protected most of the reverse from toning, but not all of it.
