This Wyoming quarter was struck over a 2003 Alabama Helen Keller quarter on the reverse. You can see part of the words and the braille dots. Is this something that anyone else has come across?

I don't know what you are seeing, but there is no glue on coin. It is hard to see with this picture, put the words that are imprinted, Hellen Keller, is not glue.

It looks like it had a drop of acid on the surface of the coin?
