I have a round frosted spot just below the "L" in Liberty. It almost looks like it belongs there. Anyone else?

I haven't seen another with a similar spot, but then I've only seen a couple dozen of the medals at this point.

As it isn't part of the medal's design, it seems likely it is just some sort of planchet impairment. (It's hard to tell, however, from the somewhat blurry image provided.)

Is the spot in relief or is it flat?

The picture is from my phone.

The spot appears to be flat.

It's perfectly round and frosted the same as the rest of the medal.
