From Nepal. From the coins I know you turn the second image upside down and the date would be at the bottom. I would expect it to be a Paisa from 1791, but I'm not sure about the middle digits.

Thank you I have found it now - KM# 590, yes I would agree it would be SE 1791 (1869) due to the date with the same character at the beginning and end of the date
