Not my coin but this was offered to someone I talk to a lot and before he buys it, he asked me how much he thought it was worth. All Input appreciated.

Wow, that must look awesome in person. Of course I have no idea on the pricing but it looks amazing from the photo's.

The cert# checks out just fine.
Great looking error and I would think that jbuck would be a bit more than mildly interested in this one

Fred Weinberg (.com) has a double struck quarter similar to this Ike but only 20 percent off center and MS 64 for $350.

Error coin prices can vary a lot. Check some other error coin dealers and see what they're asking for similar items.

It could be a 4 figure coin. I'm not familiar with Ike errors and personally don't know anyone that collects them. If he is series about purchasing this coin, he might want to message Jon Sullivan to ask for his opinion.

Thats really funny because I just got done sending an email to jon about another coin. But I dont need prices anymore because I know my guy wont buy it. The seller is asking 10 grand
