PR-69 1994 Silver Eagle "Dent"?

So I bought this silver eagle off of ebay for PCGS guide value. I noticed this little dent on the edge and wondered what you all thought. I know that it's hardly noticeable but is it acceptable for a 69 and does it take away from its value? Thanks!
