tanker New Member Canada 16 Posts	Posted 09/04/2016 4:20 pm Just found this,it looks too pristine to be the real thing but for a couple of bucks it's a good album filler,it does have a weak strike like it's supposed to and is magnetic and zinc plated,I can't find a copy to buy online anywhere to compare it too I figured I better ask here,it must be a copy and you guys would know,thanks. ? * Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. * Report this Post to the Staff

They were never made in 1944 in Steel but possibly some could have slipped through from the plates used in 1943. Good examples are the 1943 Copper ones. However, yours could be just a fake, counterfeit, plated in steel, etc. Only sure way is to send to a TPGS for authenticating. Report this Post to the Staff
