Can anyone confirm this to be a DDO and does it look cleaned. I think it does look cleaned and I see the Die break in the B in Liberty and the mark under the C in Cent. Can you confirm. If cleaned what is its value?

The rim damage is terrible. Can't see the date close enough to tell for sure.

I enlarged it on my computer. The die chips are correct and it does look like 1909P-1DO-002. While it is correct, it was definitely reduced in grade by the alteration done on the coin. PCGS might slab it as genuine, but would not give it a grade. (cleaning and damage to the rims) ANAC might try to grade it, but it would be lowered because of the condition the coin is in. You might submit images first to see what they say first.

Great question Jsalsa123! Helps me understand these sometimes not-so-easy distinctions better. :o)
