Looks like the M took a hit in a pretty vital area, and the designers initials just a bit too blurry for me to make a designation. One tip when posting: -Always include the type/date of the coin in question. -Always take photos of the full obverse and reverse, as well as a clear zoom of the area in question. Pete2226 Pillar of the Community United States 3330 Posts	Posted 09/08/2016 8:47 pm I am not convinced this is a clear enough photo to make a determination. For example, it looks to me like the A in STATES is midway between the 2 Ts. Wouldn't that indicate a Wide AM? I would like to see a photo of the entire reverse straight on.
