This is a coin of the emperor Licinius I(ruled 307-324)
The readable part of the obverse is:
"...LIC LICINVS P F AVG"
It appears to be similar to Sear #3050, the reverse inscription being "IOVI CONSERVATORI" but there are similar varieties and it may be too worn to determine.
According to my book it is an inexpensive coin.
