Here's the front and back. I've tried searching the words around the edges, but all I've found are coins with either the front or the back, not the two combined. I also haven't been able to find any images of the front of the coin that also have "2012" and "1952" on it. Any help would be appreciated, as I have no experience with identifying coins or their legitimacy. Thanks in advance!
(This coin came in an "United States Mint" case, though I'm pretty sure it wasn't put in the right one. As a result, I'm more confused as to what this coin is.)

To the CCF!

I'm no pro, but my guess would possibly a British coin commemorating Queen Elizabeth's 60 years as the Queen.

Even though her Coronation was not until 1953, she actually became the Monarch in Feb of 1952 when the King died.

I did a search as well and found many similar examples, but as you said none had both dates on the obverse.

This is a medallion rather than a coin.

They were issued in 2012 by a private company called the International Currency Bureau. London dealer Richard Lobel of Coincraft is currently selling them for £8.95.
