This looks like a regular, common date, circulated quarter. The value is $0.25.

Here is a similar one listed on ebay for $750.00 http://www.ebay.com/itm/1965-George...AOSwMgdXzNYb
but like Numisma said, the real value is only 25 cents.
Sometimes people uneducated on coins see an older coin and think to themselves that it must be valuable because they have never noticed one before. They put it on ebay or some other auction site for a ridiculous amount of money, and when others see it, they assume they must be valuable because there is one on ebay for $750.00.
Here is another thread about a 1965 Washington quarter: https://goccf.com/t/269227
I almost have to wonder if some social media site isn't using a more rare 1965 Quarter struck on a 90% Silver planchet as click bait to get people's attention.

Despicable junk bait. This is what I hate about ebay.
Rest in Peace

Just so you know, if it was dated one year earlier it would be 90% silver, so keep an eye out for quarters, dimes and halves dated 1964 and earlier (and halves dated 1965-70, which are struck on net 40% silver planchets). They are still possible, although difficult, to find. However, 1965-date quarters are made of cupronickel clad (outer layers of .750 Cu, .250 Ni bonded to a copper core), and are usually not worth more than face. If you find a silver coin, then you have something.

I love those old 65 quarters. Easy to find. And the aged look of them look interesting. I try to see if I can find the most worn one ever. Those 65 quarters are everywhere and traveled great distances. It's only face value though.
