They are if real (all coins are collectable, really, but those in particular are rather interesting), and I don't know enough to comment further.

I know I'd definitely buy that one for the 350 rubles it sold at if I saw it at a coin shop physically. (Maybe even for the 500 rubles it sold at with shipping.)

These are hard to find in good condition, but I'd say that was about an average price.
