I would like to get some help to identify 2 medals,also interested to know if the medals are fake or not.

@draglion, both are interesting pieces. I'm having trouble reading the lettering though. I think that first one starts off TOSAN BARN...

And the second one has at least part of a date on it. I think that I can make out ANNO MDXXXX but not any of the rest of the inscription. Is it possible to take closer up pics to make the details more clear?

Very neat pieces! I would think they are real but I'll defer to others who may have more experience. Here are some leads for more info.
