Recently I found this penny in a bunch of Colombian coins that I bought here in Colombia and I need the opinion of the experts to describe if what I consider is an error is an error , and in that case , what kind of error.I think that the coin also is off center ( little...). Does it has a plus ? Thanks a lot

From what I can see in the images, it is a slightly Mis-Aligned Die error (MAD).
If it were an off center strike, both sides would show it.

Hi cwb : thanks for your answer. As you can see in the picture the rim is broken or separated in two pieces and the fisure is irregular .Thatīs not what is called an edge or rim error ?

That is just extra metal that was left on the rim after the MAD missed striking it. If it were a broken die, that would be a Cud and maybe have some collector value based on it's size. I don't see any premium above face value in your coin.

Your coin is a MAD but not off enough to have a premium. I do not think there is any "extra" metal, weigh it 2.5g is what it should be.

On a rim Cud, it will raise above the surface of the coin. Yours doesn't.

I didn't mean "extra metal" as in more metal than was supposed to be there, I meant that it is metal on the rim that was missed by the die. It didn't get molded into the desired shape.
