Depending on the light angle, this either looks like a fortuitous set of light damage marks or a cool unlisted RPM. Coin is probably EF and the only other doubling is what might be some tiny notches in the lower left of RTY.

Any help is appreciated.

I agree with what Pete said about the damaged mint mark. I don't see any other doubling either.
It does look like a nice coin!
