Greetings from Vancouver Island,
when I compare this Geneva 1 centime of 1844 with offers on the Net, it looks XF to me.The IHS is as cleas as any the dealers show on their coins. But I have no experience. Most grateful for your advice.

In Danish conservative grading this coin is in fine condition. In the looser US scale I would say VF.
