So PCGS treats Brown coins nicely. What do you think ICCS will do with this coin? Btw, the pictures don't show but it is a lustrous brown coin.

That coin has the slightest wear, eyebrow ,shoulder ribbon,maltese cross and orb of crown,as well as some leaf tips on the reverse.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I might go as low as AU55. There's slight wear, like DBM suggested. Also, I don't know what's happening above the two middle sets of beads in the crown's band. They look like they're missing but I don't know what would cause that

I am Not that familiar with these But the missing detail in the jewels and the band of the crown suggest to me that this is a weak strike and not wear.
I am going with MS63/64 on this one.

yea, the recent photo is definitely brown, your photo's must have been with a flash or something I would have said red/brown.
