All notes bearing Saddam's portrait have now been withdrawn. Even if still in use, this 25 dinar note would be near-worthless as far as face value, due to serious inflation Iraq has seen since the Gulf War. The smallest denomination note still in use is the 50 dinars. Current exchange rate is almost 1200 dinars to a US dollar. Wikipedia.
