I'm not sure if this is a struck through error or simply PMD. It doesn't look like a vise job because the damage is only on one side. Thoughts?

Because of the damage on the rim I am going with PSD.

The reverse on 'ENT' on CENT shows flattening on the rim area. That is where the other side of the coin was affected. If it were a struck through, this area would be unaffected. But because it is PSD, it would be affected. PSD
