In case like this, how could you tell if this is Machine Doubling or DD?
Any info would be great.

look like machine to me.
But coppercoins & FIR may see something different?
If you post the hole coin maybe there's something we cant see.

Well, it's not a doubled die or Machine Doubling. These double profile lines have to do with the process of reducing the design, as I hear it. They used to be listed as doubled dies, then all the listings were removed - about 12 years ago.
