panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18696 Posts	Posted 09/25/2016 1:23 pm the lighting and blurriness of the pics are hiding whether or not the luster is full across the entire coin. the overall coin is saying MS64 or 65 but it all depends on the remaining luster and how it looks in hand. the dullness of the surfaces could be from the lighting or it could have been dipped Report this Post to the Staff
