Your obverse image is too fuzzy to make an accurate assessment.
But I'm going with XF/weak strike.
And cleaned is a definite possibility.

to CCF, and sticking it in the dirt would literally do nothing but make the coin dirty, the thing is with coins is once it is damaged or cleaned there is no way to undo that. It is cleaned and polished IMO, so it would be a cull coin, meaning worth only its value in silver

AU range problem free. A lot of these were terrible strikes.

i agree with CoinHuntingDrew. a lot of these were weakly struck due to metal composition. the coin does not appear to be cleaned or polished. the lighting may be giving the appearance of that. AU50 maybe 53
