There are some ongoing efforts to provide this info to the public, but they are works in progess. VAMWorld (http://www.vamworld.com/) - Offers good descriptions and some price information. VAMQuest (http://vamquest.com/) - General info and some recent price info RJRC (http://www.rjrc.com/rarity.htm) - Offers "best guess" on rarity based on TPG and sales reports.
