I ordered 20 days ago a 2016 Queens beast 1/4OZ gold coin and a 2017 Perth Mint 1oz rooster which was pre order... I understand that this pre-ordered item may delay shipping of my entire order until between 2016-09-19 and 2016-10-03

And now they have sent me an email stating this,

"Hello, this is an update that the pre-ordered 2017 Perth Mint Year of the Rooster Coin(s) in your order has been delayed. We expect this item to be available for shipping by the end of October. Orders containing these items will be shipped as soon as the products arrive. We will provide further updates as we receive them. Thank you for your continued patience.

I'm like, Are you Serious! Now they want me to wait another 30 days! I've already been waiting 20 days. I want some advice, do I have the right to cancel the 2017 1oz rooster and just send me the 1/4OZ gold beast coin? The order has been paid in full. I also notice that other Canadian coin dealers have them in stock ready to ship, Why don't they have them? What would you guys do in this situation? I'm so annoyed right now.

Any advice would be appreciated and Thank you in advance

depending on which dealer that you ordered coins from.

If it is a reputable dealer, then do not worry about your coins.

if this dealer has bad reputation, that is another story.

Usually, no cancellation on bullion product.
If insist to cancel, prepare to pay dealer market loss ( if coin depreciates ) or get full refund ( if coin appreciates )

@justsilver, it is a reputable dealer and have had many dealings in the past. I just don't like the fact that when I made the transaction I agreed to waiting no longer then Oct 3 and now they send me an email 20 days later saying I have to wait until end of Oct another 30 days. I feel they should of giving me a choice to wait or cancel the Transaction with no penalty.
Thank you for the response

So call them and ask to cancel with no penalty.
