I recently bought some 60's quarters and wondering how they might grade, tyia for your replies. The scuff on the neck is a scratch on my loupe.

ty for the replies so far, yes the coin in hand is not mirrored in the fields, I had also thought it was business strike.

The definition in the strike suggests PL and I would agree with PL63, could be wrong though, coin in hand is worth a million pictures :)
