It is crystal clear that I am asking an opinion above. And I felt that is was very obvious that all would realize that the 10% chance I am referring to is that it would come back from the TPG with a proof designation; such a coin could have an excellent chance to list at over $ 10,000 according to the attached Coinhelp price list.

No. It has a much less chance of grading as a proof than that. Here is a proof example:

1838-Half-Dime-Grade-Request

Yours does not exhibit the characteristics of this proof Half Dime.

agree it is probably details due to rim issues, but it is still a great looking coin.
