In my opinion, it wouldn't certify at CAC. It is not PL or DMPL. It's just a standard MS-65 Morgan dollar.

I wasn't goin to CAC certify but seller said it's a maybe-probably just to sell it higher but wondered if people wouild get CAC'd?

Don't touch it. That just crosses into 65 territory. No CAC. No PL or DMPL.
SOME (not many) sellers try to promote the value with supposition that is not verifiable.

I already bought it, coin in hand. Payed $120 , thought it was priced good but maybe not.

looks like a 65 but may not cac because of the many frost breaks on both sides of the coin.
