Is This 1974 Dime Silver Or Just Dirty?

I came across it while CRH, and I noticed it was a dark gray color, just like the 1964 silver dime I have. I dropped it on a pile of coins and noticed is had a lower pitch sound when it hit the ground. Here are photos of the 1974 on the right, and the 1964 silver on the left.

I don't think there were any silver dimes between 1965 and 1991.

Your 1974 Dime is not silver . No circulation strike Dimes consisted of silver after 1964 .
