Another year, another round of silver maple leaf privy's. First dated 2017 was the cougar in the wildlife series. Next, the brand new 2017 rooster privy has been revealed!  |

This series stared with the Dragon in 2012. I have been collecting them. Dragon, Snake, Horse, Ram, Monkey, Rooster, 1/2 way done with this issue.  Edited by SilverDon

The box, they all sitting in, targeted to contain 1/2oz RCM coins (34mm) with RCM capsules, alternatively, you can put there RCM 1oz 38mm without capsules - they will fit perfectly, and this is what you see on the right part of the tray. I see, that SilverDon was managed to use single box till now, cause it only 6 coins from each type (actually Rooster is already has no place. My advise - to split your nice set, and 38mm coins put into special Lighthouse "Silver Maple Leaf" box (you will have to buy their capsules as well, though, for perfect fit) Edited by Silveroid

I have two spots left in the box for the Rooster coins. See 2nd Snake 1/2 oz and Five Blessings SML as seat fillers. Then I will have to look at an alternative box next year. I have 2 O'Canada Boxes. But now I will need more space, so the Lighthouse box will work, yes thedollarman - only outside the airtites for picture taking purposes. I like this set. Mine seem milk spot free. The mintages are limited; Dragon 25,000 ($47.50 out of stock at CA)

Get yours early as they will be in high demand. The favourite in my opinion for privy collectors will be the sesquicentennial ML. I think it's a much bigger deal and presently is the most affordable precious metal souvenir of the occasion. Edited by Proof Nut

Just released. '2017 Walk Panda' Privy Maple. I'm on my phone, so someone else may have to post the picture. Looks like the S$8 2013 polar bear image, only shrunken and it is a panda.
