Thanks for pointing me at your recent topics, there was a couple things I found of interest.
(Please don't think I'm speaking negatively at all, I could be completely off so feel free to correct me on what I'm about to say)
You are saying it is fraud because the picture is taken from another seller. My guess would be that this picture is floating around a lot more than just that other seller and if we dig around on
ebay we can probably find it elsewhere there too. It appears computer rendered to me, not really a photo persay, maybe the PAMP suisse guys originally made the photo even.
The actual bar must be pictured, I get that but, I just don't think it constitutes fraud to not have it, I think it just constitutes an
ebay violation.
The issue that I have calling this fraud even if that is what it is, is that then it would seem to me that the first vendor that has this photo would also be committing fraud and I *really* don't think thats the case, big seller, great feedback. Specifically, they have sold 4 bars on the linked
ebay item. Even if this was an actual photo of the bar usgoldbureau is selling 4 bars can't have the same serial number and be legitimate. So, it would either be "fraud" from them having the same serial #'s (not authentic) or it would be "fraud" from not posting the front / back of the actual item.
I get the red flags everywhere and I get the
ebay violation. I don't see the fraud though, I would think that would be completely dependent upon what the seller shipped (and in this case, whatever they shipped they got positive feedback for it, which would make me lean away from fraud rather than towards it).
Curious of your comments :)
