I have been asking many about this coin/token/medallion for about two year. No one seems to know anything. Can someone on this forum help. I am a gold collector and have come across this. I am quite sure this is silver. It is approx. 30.3g and 1.75". Any information and/or value would be greatly appreciated.

Better pictures would certainly help. From what you have provided, I'm quite positive it's a medal, and I can see 'CIVITATIS EXONIENSIS' in the legend, so it presumably has something to do with the city of Exeter. I also see the date 1819.
The inscription is in Latin. Hard to see it all from the pics. You should write it down and put it through google translator to get a better idea as to what this medallion is all about.
