It is a Nuremberg jeton. The obverse and reverse legends both read "HANS SCHVTES NORMBERDBR". There were three generations of "Hans Schultes" token-masters in Nuremberg, from 1553 to 1612. I believe this is a type of jeton known as a "Venus penny" (Venuspenning) as the obverse is Venus standing, holding various items.
