I have been setting aside interesting coins until I could find time to post the pics. This one looks like a die chip but I am not sure...

I am going to guess a gas bubble.

A small amount of split plating can form this. Sometimes the gas appears under the plating with out a split. So if it is a gas under the plating issue, it should be able to be pushed downwards with a tooth pick. No premium for this though.
